Margo Kaplan Hill, widow of the late industrialist Israel Kaplan, chose dinner at Alain Ducasse at the Essex House Restaurant
to introduce her children Herschel and Rhona to new husband Tim Hill, a
plumber from Chicago. Mr. Hill has nine children by his first wife,
deceased, and was a delegate to the Republican Convention in
2008. Mrs. Kaplan will form a PAC to promote Sarah Palin for
president in 2012.
