I wish I had that picture /span> back, from previous post, but spilt milk now. Anyway, it's reported by the Times (London) that the Jack Boot of the Obamacy is ready for some more stomping.

Dozens
of US cities may have entire neighborhoods bulldozed as part of drastic
"shrink to survive" proposals being considered by the Obama
administration to tackle economic decline.

Kelo popped into mind because, when this idea was being discussed by the
Bilderbergers, it prolly began with "Take Kelo ... ." Of course
this isn't Kelo, where gummint assumed the right to take my private
property and sell it to you, but the hubris is there. No,
this is more Vietnam Era "We had to burn the village to save it" think. There's some merit in the idea, but the jackboot appears in the form of the federals. .

The
US government is looking at expanding a pioneering scheme in Flint, one
of the poorest US cities, which involves razing entire districts and
returning the land to nature

To quote the London Banker somewhat out of context -- "There is no free market when the government owns the actors and sets
the terms of transactions. There is no village once it has been burned
to the ground."
A final thought - Baltimore is one of the cities on the bulldozable list. Hmmm. Would that be a Bob Irsay style bulldozing -- in the middle of the night? Where democrats and apparatchiks suffer most? Hmmm.
