Can't find the part that drops the cage on the mouse. Guess they'll put that in after they vote on it and it gets printed.

The part that bothers me most is the tan express line near the bottom showing health care professionals leaving the field and becoming consumers instead. That alone should be a clue that this is a BAD IDEA!
