The blade was seen by a screener and Alsaif was caught before he could get onto the airliner. Of course, he says he is innocent, as some forgetful friend gave him the luggage bag and failed to mention that a knife was embedded inside the material, which the criminal complaint states was “artfully” concealed in such a way as to allow for it to be retrieved once the flight took off. But there are other ways to skin a cat, such as closing down radio stations in the name of "diversity" because the owners have too light a complexion. Minority owned stations — less likely to air Rush and Sean no matter what the public wants — will have full federal backing. After numerous legal efforts to force Obama to become the transparent leader he promised to be, a Federal Judge in California, who happens to be a former Marine, is the first Judge in the country to accept his oath to uphold the Constitution by hearing the mountain of mounding evidence that suggests Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled in a hearing today that her case will move forward. Judge Carter stated "as a former Marine, I recognize the importance of having a constitutionally qualified president." While no attorneys appeared on Obama's behalf, several members of the U.S. Attorney's office in California were in attendance, and sought to intervene on behalf of Obama over his actions before becoming president. The judge ordered them to accept service of the lawsuit immediately and then continued the case to an unannounced date. Taitz told WorldNetDaily, "For first time, we have a judge who's listening." How fitting that a Marine be the one to lead the charge against an unconstitutional usurper-in-chief. Even better that he can do it in a court of law instead of at gun point, as it had to be done in Honduras.
