I tried to find an address or website for "the International Cancer Institute" to read more. Found lots of scientists... uh, pseudo-scientists who cited articles in the Institute's journal, but could not found a copy of the journal either. Hmmmmm.
Must be the Institute does not subscribe to Google politics.
