I'm not fan of any restriction on speech. However, the left has been throwing out lies and disgusting crap such as the blubberbutt in alaska who photoshopped the photo of trig in a nasty way.

When Gov. Palin becomes Citizen Palin she will be free to throw the legal beagles at those who cross the line.
