The "death panel" is not a death panel in that they won't deny life sustenance, but the panel can deny Medicare payment for such treatment, which is within the rights of any insurance contract if agreed to up front.
However,in this case, I don't want to be forced to do business with this contractor, and besides, there is nothing in the Constitution that authorizes the Govt to do Medicare. Don't quote the "general welfare" bilge either, or I will demand my rights to a free summer beach house, because I'm a little pale lately. -
