Actually Anonymous it's not. It's from a German film that used no real known actors. It covered the last couple days of Hitler in his bunker up to his suicide. I saw several clips on it and it's freaking great, but all in German with subtitles. The guy who plays Hitler was incredible. The title translates to "The Downfall" in english. Here are some clips.
This first one ends with the famous 3 minutes you see over and over on the net.
