"The sweeping legislation makes it a crime under state law to be in the country illegally" .Think about that redundancy, and you know it's high time.  I desperately want Arizona to stand by this righteous law, even if Obamunists decree it "unconstitutional."  Then we'll get to brass  ... .

I'm getting dizzy. If a person is here illegally, isn't that a crime even before the new law?
Or does that mean the perp ignored a suggestion, but did not break a law?
On the bright side, Uhbama better not go to Arizona to speechify, and not having to see his swiveling head, flapping jaws and hear his strange inflections and uncomfortable pauses makes the legislative effort worthwhile.

Of course, that an Arizona cop would ask Uhbama for proof of citizenship is just a pipe dream, but it's a good one.

Why, yes it is illegal already. But I tend to think this puts a little of that 10th Amendment backbone into it. "If you Fed f&cks aren't going to deal with this, we will".
