NC Senator Kay Hagan refuses to answer how HC Mandate is Constitutional

Sen.Kay Hagen (NC ACORN) is a pistol.  She benefited more from ACORN's work on her behalf than did Al Franken in Minnesota. She holds Town Hall meetings on Obamacare in  --- Washington D.C.?!?. And she's as good a conman what ever sold bibles to widows in North Carolina. She's damned lucky not to face reelection this year.  Listen to her responses when asked where in the U.S. Constitution it says North Carolina citizens can be forced to buy ANYTHING?
