watches the network morning shows so I don't have to, and reports that
the big story on every one of them was the"necessity" for a tax
on soda pop. Extrapolate. Here's some more stuff to
dissolve that morning boner.
- "They're saying, 'Where do we get the free Obama care, and how do I sign
up for that?'
- NASA outsources Space Shuttle to Russkies
- Volcker: Tax our way out of Depression, value-added tax "not as toxic an idea" as it
has been in the past; carbon or other energy-related tax
may become necessary.
- IRS: tap tax returns for health insurance penalties...
- "Global war on terror" becomes "countering violent extremism."
