Funny, many of my left-ward trending friends were adamant that snopes was funded by the RNC solely for the purpose of destroying Kerry, who, incidently was purported to have served in Viet Nam.

I followed Snopes as they changed Obama birth facts in concert with whatever the current Obamunist line happened to be. WND took screen shots of them.

I too realized snope's leftist bent during the 2004 cycle. It was their reporting on the Swiftvets that exposed them. They accepted Brinkley's book about Kerry as a reference to disprove some allegations. Hilarious. Meanwhile none of the swiftvet's claims have ever been shown false.

If you want to see it, just load snopes and search for "John Kerry" and look at the number of entries, all of them either have rulings by snopes of "multiple" or "false". I guess snopes could not find anything true ever circulated about J effing K.
