China UFO

More likely its a Chinese missile test, similar to the UFO reports when Russia tests their systems. That's what happens in a communist dictatorship.... the public doesn't even know when something is going off in their own back yard.

(BTW: rocket launches can look like they're 'hovering' when they go directly toward or away from you. We get that all the time from Cape Canaveral down here in Florida....)
