And that's how we got the Bill of Rights a couple years later.
Our current flaw isn't in our Constitution; it's that we've allowed the government to distort or ignore it.
Henry and his compatriots would flog or hang people who did what the Progressives have done to us over the past 100 years. They would probably put aside the "cruel and unusual" clause and burn Uhbama at the stake.
