I still don't know why the State of Arizona hasn't filed an action in mandamus for a court order to force the U.S. Govt. to do its job re: immigration and the border.
28 U.S.C. § 1361. Action to compel an officer of the United States to perform his duty
"The district courts shall have original jurisdiction of any action in the nature of mandamus to compel an officer or employee of the United States or any agency thereof to perform a duty owed to the plaintiff."
BHO and Holder want to claim that immigration enforcement is the job of the federal government alone? Good. Do your job. -
