The 8 28 rally was brilliant. The leftists were all ready to counter what they thought the rally would be. They ended up doing what someone does in a fight when they commit totally to a punch and miss.
Unfortunately I couldn't attend but as soon as I saw the events on cspan, I saw where beck was going.
The religion - character thing is critical.
I also beleive the left has held a false claim to MLK and civil rights. THey have done more to destroy civil rights than anything.
It was hilarious watching some idiot leftist claim that the rally dishonered MLK when the person opposing him on the panel was the neice of MLK.. It was almost like the Monty Python Dead Parrot routine.
8 28 gave me some real hope that we can turn this around... Beck and Palin.. We might just get ourselves back on track

Among the talkers, I feel that Beck and Mark Levin really get to the fundamentals of the American founding most effectively and that is what is needed to undermine the hegemony of Codevilla's "Ruling Class". -
