That's about the same time Ted *spit* Kennedy wrote Andropov offering to help thwart Reagan foreign policy. Those other two SOB's are no doubt awaiting or trying to remember the response.
How did treason disappear from the legal lexicon? Is that part of the 'World Government' crap?
