Andrew Traver, and Godwin's Law be damned. It makes constitutional sense that regulatory commissions regulate specific law passed by congress, and by specific I don't mean "do whatever the hell you want."   I'll venture that 95% of the heinous law that plagues this nation is not law at all, but the dictates of judges and regulators. Andrew Traver is an anti-gun activist who, among other things .. “ supports repealing the Tiahart Amendment, which prohibits the BATFE from releasing sensitive information from its database to anyone other than a law enforcement agency or prosecutor during a criminal investigation. The data that is released cannot be admitted as evidence in court in a civil lawsuit. The Amendment’s supporters say it protects gun owners and makers from frivolous lawsuits. Claire McCaskill is only the latest Obamunist to call For Violence If Dems Don’t Get Their Historic Tax Hikes,  it looks like it may come down to a case of kill or be killed sooner than anyone thought </snarky>.  We need more guns, especially .50/Cal, not fewer.
