Rent this 3,785 square feet apartment at 176 Perry Street and hob-nob with neighbors Alexis Stewart (Martha's daughter), and Calvin Klein. Kidman is asking $45,000 per month; she is not included. (So work some overtime).

Hard edges, harsh materials, square low backed seating, and staring at a glaring western sun in those two story, unshaded windows, altogether an egocentric architect's wet dream, and a users' ergonomic disaster.
Ms. Kidman is renting it out while she is in physical therapy with her eyes patched.
