scream-of-consciousness; "If you're trying to change minds and influence people it's probably not a good idea to say that virtually all elected Democrats are liars, but what the hell."

But of course she's not qualified ...

You'll need a link to the video, vimeo is being pissy about embedding it.

I'm not a real big Palin fan. I'm a social conservative but Huckabee leaves me cold because of his big government bias on the economic side. If that executive branch structure is left standing it bodes ill for the future if another left President gets in office. I prefer a candidate who has been a governor. However the governors who are interested seem to have a touch of RINO in them.
The guys and girls I like are either not running or way short on experience. After the Gifford incident I'm feeling more and more like voting for Palin in the primaries just because I want to irritate the RINOS, the Democrats, the Main Stream Media, the Brits, the Europeans, and the Muslims. I wonder too what extent that motivation is extant? - 1/12/11, 3:44 PM

Toadold: Give in another 6 to 9 months. A lot more people will be throwing their hats into the ring. I am hoping that Duncan Hunter will make another go of it. Doubt he would win, but it would be nice to see a solid conservative at the debates stirring the pot.
I am not big on Palin. When I hear her interviewed about the topics of the day (live radio.. not edited), she comes off as a competent individual. However, I still see her more as a cult of personality that hard nosed policy hawk and leader. That's just by $0.02 on her. - 1/12/11, 5:14 PM

Hell is like Newark:
Well the later a viable candidate pops up the less time the MSM has to slag him or her. Like I said there is a bunch that I like, Hunter, Cain, Rubio, and etc. I'm Texan and I like Rick Perry for instance, but I can't see him carrying enough states to do it, the electorate may be tired and suspicious of Texans for now. He has also expressed no desire to run. I'd like to see someone that hasn't been in Washington DC much, and that is from the center cut of the US, a Red Stater. It's kind of fun thinking about Palin and the first Dude interacting with the various foreign leaders, though.
No bowing for one thing. The first Dude would be scarier than the secret service. I just hope I don't have to hold my nose, gag, and vote for someone like McCain again. - 1/12/11, 5:47 PM

If another RINO like McVain wins the primaries, I would go vote for my local Republicans but the RNC could kiss my vote goodbye. More and more I hate open primaries which I beleive is the only reason he won the nomination. - 1/12/11, 10:47 PM
