Note, please, gentlemen, that the ad said "Healthy users of heroin..." and not "Healthy addicts."
You're both right - a healthy addict (any kind) is an extreme rarity. Most can fake it in the beginning, but true addiction is progressive and will surely f you up, sooner or later.
