In a tweet, the Wichita State Student Affairs Office responded saying, "WSU does not condone sexual harassment in any form." WSU Student Affairs later issued the following statement: “After reviewing the incident involving a banner posted at Phi Delta Theta fraternity last week, WSU Student Affairs doesn’t believe university disciplinary action is appropriate. Any action taken by the fraternity chapter and its members is independent of the university decision. The banner triggered uncomfortable feelings, but the banner was protected speech under the First Amendment.” Just more evidence about how loony the loony left have become.  While Wichita State finally got it right, had this been Cal Berkeley, to name just one of the "out of their minds"  bastion of Cally nincompoopery, the frat would have been shut down, and members charged with ... something.  Actually this is all to the good.  California, especially, have become the North Korea of Academia, and will continue on their suicidal ways until being hoist on they own retard.

Judicial Watch Files Supreme Court Amicus Supporting Ohio’s Right to Clean Voter Rolls ???!!!??? In a nutshell, after Trump was elected leftists demanded recounts in states they felt entitled to win, and lost.  Like Ohio.  Right off the bat, Ohio's court mandated recount, led by Secretary of State Jon Husted,  discovered that hundreds of non-US citizens are registered to vote in, and many (one is too many) of them did vote illegally. In one sampling alone, 385 non-US citizens are registered to vote, and 82 of them cast illegal ballots!  At this point the court suspended further recount (dare we think before the full magnitude of the problem was revealed?). Secretary of State  Husted then properly embarked on a cleansing of Ohio voter rolls.  Duh.  I mean, to not do so would constitute failure of a fiduciary obligation. So, leftist Philip Randolph Institute, and the ACLU, et.al. filed to stop any effort to rid Ohio's voter roll of its dead (who, when they vote, vote Democrat) and illegal aliens who are, for the most part, allowed to be here by the Democrat Party for that very service. Their argment is it violates Voting Law guidelines. Common sense alone  tells us that any Votor Law that  suffers  criminal action is itself a useless document. Anyway, it is then accurate to charge the Democrat Party, and obliging GOP vassals, with the attempted overthrow of constitutional law.  I call that treason.  And that, boys and girls, explains almost everything.  We are become a lawless nation.   There can be but one conclusion.

A School Administrator Corrected a Student’s Spelling on Twitter. She Was Fired. The student, "Nathan," tweeted "Close school tammarow PLEASE" at Frederick County Public Schools. Katie Nash, the district's social media director, replied "but then how would you learn to spell 'tomorrow'? :)" from the FCPS account. District officials were not pleased. First, they instructed Nash to stop tweeting. Then they called her into a meeting and abruptly fired her, according to The Frederick News-Post: The teacher was snarky, but in a cute way. I can only go back to my school days, when this event would have found it's way into Reader's Digest's as a bit of humor. My parents would applaud, and I would laugh.

American already decided who they want to be their next president. It was decided on November 8th, again during the recount process, and a third time during Monday’s electoral college vote. The voters, the American people, decided who the next Commander-in-Chief would be and they chose Donald J. Trump. The inauguration isn’t political. It’s a celebration of the voters’ decision. Bocelli’s fans should be ecstatic that he was invited to sing at such a prestigious ceremony, instead of threatening to boycott him if he took Trump up on the offer. I don’t recall conservatives threatening to boycott Beyoncé or Kelly Clarkson when they performed at President Obama’s inauguration ceremony in 2013. If anything, people were excited for the two entertainers. Karen vanPrice, Darlo Blazecic, et. al., are emblematic of  the schooled but uneducated Hillary LoFos who have the political sophistication of a door mouse and the tolerance of, well, useful idiots who historically grease the skids of all dictatorial movements.

HENDERSON, KY  - Crosses that honor deceased Henderson County veterans were damaged by a man who drove through the display. Henderson police say Anthony Burrus vandalized 160 crosses at Henderson's Central Park. Burrus says he doesn't remember anything from that day, but he said he knows he got into a fight. "I know that these men and women have fought for our country; they've risked their lives for me to do ignorant stuff like this," Burrus said. Stu Tarlowe <stu@tarlowe.com> This sign was depicted in an e-mail I got today from the Media Research Center, urging me to sign the American Family Association's petition for a boycott of Target stores because of Target's capitulation to the demands of the "gender identity" bullies. I have to wonder, though, if the sign is real. Having studied Graphic Design, I have to admire the way the sign addresses the matter of those who are "gender confused" (although, having studied English, I'm not pleased at how the word "gender" has been hijacked and misused; strictly speaking, only words have gender; living things have sex, and there are only two choices). The figure depicted (by combining the "man" and "woman" symbols) as half-man, half-woman is a logical solution to a visual communication challenge. But one can't help but wonder what the LGBTQSTFU "community" thinks of it. Do they think it's "respectful" enough of their "gender identity or expression" issues? And WTF does a person in a wheelchair have to do with "gender identity or expression"? Anyway, real or not, in actual use on actual restroom doors or not, I think the "half-man, half-woman" graphic should see far greater exposure, whenever the need arises to refer to the LGBTQSTFU community or any of its members. If they don't like that graphic, maybe they can come up with another one, like just a big ol' question mark. It's real Stu ... The Confederate Battle Flag (actual) This fairly sums up my feelings on the subject, even—begrudgingly—the "good neighbor" part (with the caveat that their current dudgeon is entirely due to ignorance).  And,  I must once again invoke  Shelby Foote.  Once the flag is gone, the left will advance to the next issue then the next issue, etc. They won’t compromise. There is no compromise. There is only conversion or censorship with the left. But I also think if you proudly fly the Confederate battle flag and call yourself a Christian, you need to ask yourself how you are being a good neighbor to the black family down the street, next door, or on the other side of town whose ancestors were enslaved under that flag and whose parents or grandparents faced down white men in the streets waving that flag as an act of rebellion against voting rights. None of this really matters though. Because the issue is now politicized, you might as well buy stock in companies that produce the Confederate battle flag. They’re going to get a lot of orders from people who equate raising the stars and bars with raising the middle finger toward liberals up north.  [The Confederate Battle Flag]
