I thought it was the One who liked to do that. While the one is trying to take all the credit, surprise, Austin Bey has a post on America's supposed lack of persistence in warfare.

There is a "system" that functions despite politicians. I have the feeling that the home grown left has drawn the attention of "the system" and will be slowly ground into dust.

I've become accustomed to seeing a doctored, self-serving version of events put forth by the military that falls apart as facts emerge. Jessica Lynch, anyone?

It doesn't really bother me, because these events have little direct impact on my life. I see headlines and wonder when we'll get the true story.

Just as I'm accustomed to seeing the Left put their self serving spins on every current event and historical fact. Lynch was a perfect example of that. Better for the Pentagon PC crowd to have the girl who had no business on the front lines in the first place become a hero rather than the pitiful rape victim she actually was.

Quelle surprise! I was under the impression these events impacted you in a very deep impactuful way! One word, Metamucil.
...I get it but some people can't handle the truth and some people don't deserve it. I tend to side with the military even when I think I know better.

But look on the bright side. Obama is going to take this victory and fuck it up to where it will actually hurt him in 2012.
