Rather, he’s arguing that we need less Congress. And that’s a bit different. ” Hmmm. Ezra, that's pretty much what we thought he was saying.  That the stinking congress is an impediemt to strict Obama rule.  The kind of Obamathink that's pervading the democrat (not democratic)  debate.  It's been noticed before.
