Much of the "Atlantic Salmon" is farm raised in pens off the west coast of Canada covered in sea lice that are spreading to our wild salmon they are fed dyed food so as to give the otherwise pale meat a richer pink color.
Look for Copper River or Bristol Bay Salmon from Alaska, USA.
