Looks bad. But looks are deceptive. But don't be guilty of what the progtards do ALL the time: use photos or soundbites without context and try to write an entire story.
To me it looks like a squirmy child whose guardian and Santa Claus are trying to get posed properly. And they snapped the shutter at a sliver of time when his hand APPEARED to be in an inappropriate place. -
