Fried food heart risk 'a myth'
It is a "myth" that regularly eating fried foods causes heart attacks, researchers have found, as long as you use olive oil or sunflower oil.

Well, there's the problem. Olive oil or sunflower does not taste as good as hog lard.

Peanut oil is great; raises the smoke temperature of lard.

Saturated oils ( animal fat ) are not the cause of problems.

Excessive carbs are.

Only trans fats like rapeseed ( "Canola" ) and other non-food plant oils are really dangerous.
