Bad Judges. Why Some Stay, and Thrive?

I live here and I've been asking all along just WHO in the local court system knew about Baumgartner being whacked out of his effing mind and now I know: THEY ALL F*CKING KNEW ABOUT IT! this goes beyond the Republican/Democrat thing to address the whole effing inbred mess our government has become at all levels. We either fix this sh8t or go the way of Athens and the Roman Republic.
As a TAXPAYER in the great County of Knox I fully realize that I will end up paying for it, but the Christians and the Newsomes (the families of the two kids raped and murdered by four scumbags later tried and convicted in Baumgartner's court and recently granted new hearings due to the aforementioned judicial misconduct) should sue Knox County in general and the Attorney General's office in particular for the ENTIRE county budget for the next fifteen years.
My heart is breaking for the EXTREME injustice done to those families. I heard them on a local radio show one morning last month and wept the whole time. -
