Every job I apply for requires a criminal background check. On the bright side, I haven't had to piss in a cup as a condition of employment for years.

There is an easier way to deal with this.

Privately buy a voter's registration list for your area. Simply fail to hire Democrats, and have your HR department watch Democrat employees for misconduct, and fire them for cause as soon as possible.

Absolutely DO NOT tell your HR department what your political criteria is for these decisions. Go out of your way to NOT meet these employees, so that their skin color is irrelevant.
