Rep. Chaka Fattah (D-PA) ought to know his own constituents I suppose. We need to do something about restricting the vote in those neighborhoods to people who actually work for a living instead of just working the system.

I'm thinking the solution is that unemployed people can vote when they show the verifiable list of people they contacted for a job.
