r u smarter than a 3 year-old ?

La la la la la .....

Res Ipsa Loquitur

I find it hard to believe that pre-schoolers solve this in 100 years.  Maybe that's because I've been thinking on it myself since Friday, and it just now came to me while looking at the FLAG PSA a few posts below.

Here's one without the answer —   9668=?

BONUS ROUND  WHAT TIME IS IT?

People who have not been taught what numbers mean can solve this one verbally very easily. In fact, it is often the first thing they come up with.

I have seen this one before, and yes, it stumped the hell out of me as I was an adult when I first saw it.

Yes, 2581 has two in it, 9668 has 5, and the pretty lady in the picture has 3 that are big enough to use.

Oh Good Lord. It's the numeric version of One Up One Down.

6 minutes, but I looked at the picture and Kristopher's comment.

Hah!
I was about to give up after three minutes, as is my wont.
Your hint saved me, Rodge.
Okay,
now do it with Roman numerals.
(What? *shh* It'll take 'em a while to figure out there are no zeroes.)
