One of the "BLUE" books is Robert Caro's newest in his LBJ series. I haven't read it, but if it's like the rest, he shows what a lying crook he was.

That was me, boss.
The color gradiations are apparently based on the ration between "Red" and "Blue" book. The PRM has a 50/50 split.
