Depends on what your definition of "is" is.
The ad certainly does display a sharp contrast between the 2 candidates. OTOH, it presents Murphy as an idyllic Democrat; deeply in touch with the lives of the constituency. I don't know how Dade County voters could resist the Kennedy aura. -
