Let the counter suit begin! A call from the local prosecutor &/or Sheriff to a certain Navy SEAL's commander is in order.
Bad move going over to the neighbor's house...
had similar happen once when I kicked some doper punks out of a gun store I managed...Local desk Sargent was a friend, but I had some splainin' to do...

Never talk to the police. Nothing you tell them can help you and anything you say can be turned against you. You do not need to request a lawyer to remain silent.

There is a great YouTube video named "Don't Talk To Police" (6/21/08) in which Prof. James Duane of Regent Univ School of Law explains why the easiest question a defense atty can get from a client is "should I talk to the police?" A 28 year veteran detective follows Duane and confirms.

Naw, Righty. Mr. Gesse probably said something innocuous over the dinner table like "our affirmative action president is a traitor, a homosexual, a drug abuser, an illegal alien and the stupidest person in just about any gathering that doesn't include his hideous "wife" or the VP."
You wouldn't believe it, but there are some people who take offense at a comment like that. - 11/30/12, 6:32 PM

"Naw, Righty. Mr. Gesse probably said something innocuous"
We don't know Mr. Gesse but we have a fair idea of what kind of man it takes to become a SEAL. Which one has the better odds of being a filthy liar given what we know? That's all I meant. - 12/1/12, 6:50 AM
