Ear Mites and Wesson oil

I had to put my beloved German Shepherd Boomer down because of ear mites that vets just could not get rid of.  It drove her so crazy.  And sumbitch, we had Wesson oil in the pantry.

...depends on the cat. Ms. Pywacket was (seemingly) grateful enough to have them gone that she tolerated the oiling and swabbing quite well.

Oil, wait, then clean the oil & little buggers out w/ a Q-tip. Took about 3 - 4 iterations until the were all gone.

...on the follow up link - Listerine for toe nail fungus. I've found that Vick's Vapo-rub does an excellent job. Apparently, one of the herbs in the mix explodes the fungus cells. Keep applying until the nails are clear.
