While I applaud the spirit of this post, there are technical difficulties.
1. If you know anything about Barry0's mother, you would understand the difficulty of distributing untold cases of condoms throughout every hell hole in the South Pacific.
2. While they talk a good game about abortion, commies are breeders. You will never see an empty condom basket at a Planned Parenthood reception desk. -

Another enduring mystery. There have been multiple opportunities to get a sample of Barry's DNA which could then be samples against any number of illegal alien Obama's running around the country. I'da thunk someone would have done this, probably cost less than $1000.
