I own a Browning sporting clays gun, a 625. It has extended choke tubes, similar to the extended tube in the top barrel of Omama's shotgun.
There does not appear to be a choke tube in the bottom barrel.
Shotguns bored for interchangable choke tubes are NOT to be fired without choke tubes installed. It will eff them up. As if Omama would care about that. Methinks somebody has set him up with a genuine smoking gun. -

First off, there's no official Tea Party organization, it's a loose confederation. Second, if you do a little research, you'll find the guy in charge of the website and group is a known grifter and conman. This is the same bunch (or guy) who's airing ads on the radio saying Obama's taking away our gun rights and you need to sign his petition. Only 400,000 more signatures to tell him...blah, blah, blah. But you get the idea. -

Ummh, looks like he's aiming for Dick Cheney.
As an ignoramus, I thought that the clay pigeons were launched UPWARDS in an arc. His barrel is not raised above horizontal in the drudge pic.
Did I miss something???
