My first reaction on hearing that Plugs was going to the inauguration mass since he was the first Catholic VP was - "What the hell? Plugs is Catholic? How is it possible that that as a abortion loving doofus he hasn't been excommunicated?" I am thinking a good shunning is in order at whatever Mass he appears in.

I don't think you'd have to throw him out. Just tease him with a ball of aluminum foil, toss it over the rail and Biden would do the rest on his own.
