I've been reading about Chinese warehouses that were supposed to have commodities in them being used as collateral for loans. Surprise, Surprise, empty or scrap substituted. Re-re hypothecation of gold in one instance.
The trick question for the day is
"What does a Chinese warehouse and the US White house have in common?"
One smells worse than the other
