Texting

TEXT THIS

Ogilvy Beijing

The ad, which was shown as a trailer to a feature film at the MCL Cinema in Hong Kong, shows a point-of-view account of a person getting into their car and setting off on a drive.
The movie theater was equipped with a location-based broadcaster that could send a mass text to everyone in the room at once.

At the same time, a special short film aired before the feature showing the ad.

Yikes. Drive the message home with a sledgehammer, why don't you?

Good thing I'm totally unpopular and nobody ever sends me a txt msg.

I discovered, when I started riding a bike again in 2012, after laying off since 1974, that texting is really, really hard while you are riding. Not so much reading, but typing...

so..... I am to gather that IF I would look at a txt while seated in *a building* [a movie-building] I would also be expected to do so *while driving*?

I think their logyk is not mine.

I think a new slasher movie with the sadistic, evil, other worldly but still sympathetic killer shooting people as they text and drive. I'd probably watch it ten times.
