Penetrates the surface layer and twangs the allegorical, tingles the anagogical, tweaks the metaphysical, and nods to the mythical.
OTOH, it outrages the moral, annoys the pedagogical, insults the mystical, and downright pisses of the symbolic.
Profound, but dangerously close to blasphemous, n'est ce-pas?
I call it classic irreverence at its best. Wish I'd thought of it. -
