Viagra was a big deal when it came out. There were lots of samples available. After the initial excitement died down, Viagra still sells. It's hard to tell why. Do men tell their doctor that they need it because they are weak dicks? Or is it something else. Perhaps a major market is sexually active homosexual males. That would make sense, at least.
