Does anyone actually give one solitary goddam whether or not any of these black "actors" geton the Oscar list? I haven't been to the movies in some 20-plus years (the last one I went to was "The Hunt for Red October") and have no intention of doing so now. And I goddam we will never go to see any of Spike Lee's or Will Smith and/or his wife movies. They aren't worth the time or effort, to say nothing of theoutrageous cost of going (tickets, popcorn, or whatever).

The biggest impact of the black boycott of the Oscars will be the lack of valet parking. But then, while going to retrieve your own car, there'll be far less chance of getting mugged, raped or stabbed.
As one (not "of color") actress observed, "I won't have to keep my purse clutched so tightly all evening!"
