The solution is really simple. Mr (((Cohen))) can move to a more "progressive" country where the gun laws are more to his liking. Like Cuba, or China.

Let's not forget that in the Revolutionary War era, most heavy weapons - the state of the art military weapons such as canon were privately owned.

My understanding is, as stated, the citizen have a right to offset any government advantage, including weaponry, aircraft, armor, control of the media. If they have the means.

I've said this here before: Tench Coxe, one of our lesser-known Founders, when asked what sort of "arms" the People's right to keep and bear were protected by (not "granted by") the Second Amendment, replied, "Every terrible implement of the soldier."

the founders made a couple of mistakes. imo, english should have been made the official language and congress should not be allowed to exempt itself from laws that it passes.
as for the 2nd amendment, how about we revoke the 1st for those who would deprive us of the second? - 6/15/16, 12:55 PM

In the Elian Gonzalez case, Janet Reno (since Waco I've called her "Janet Sterno") established the doctrine that if you're suspected of exercising your rights under the Second Amendment, your rights under the Fourth Amendment can be suspended.

America is all but gone now, completely irredeemable. The Federalist Republic of Jefferson is well over a century gone. We are now in the last few throws of becoming the nation depicted in The Hunger Games. We have but one chance to continue in freedom, and that is to move back toward the Federalist ideas we were founded on, and starve the consolidationalist. The melting pot was the biggest lie ever told, not one day in our nations history have we been “one people”. We were never intended to be one nation. If we were to divide it up and live among our own, we might have a chance, it worked for Sweden and Norway. Otherwise, western culture is over. - Anymouse

I don't understand what purpose the ban would serve? I assume they think that there would be no more shootings. Because, a banned or outlawed gun would cease to exist in society.
With this logic why not ban illicit drugs, then there would be no more drug problems.
I guess their world is make believe. Their dreams may carry them, but they will have to walk back. - 6/15/16, 9:28 PM

Is this the same Rolling Stone that used to publish just about everything that Hunter S. Thompson wrote?
