CA Raises Minimum Wage – First Burger Joint Run Entirely By Robots Set To Open

Rep. Conchita Ohare (54th) immediately responded from her home in Playa Encanto, saying that "burger robots" are unconstitutional.

"Yes, I know all about the "unalienable rights," but only a very small percentage of the state's workers are alien, and secondly, California is progressive enough to grant anyone citizenship." 

When asked what "unalienable rights" had to do with robot workers, she replied "That's  where the constitution guaranteed the unalienable right of a wage that made people happy!"

Yes, Tailgunner, as far as we can tell that story is a figment of Rodger's imagination (or maybe The Onion's). There isn't any Playa Encanto in California (although there is one in Sonora, but they don't have a "Times Herald"). But it's not hard to believe that California would elect such a, um, person. Although it's not hard to believe that a future POTUS will look just like that (although her title will more likely be "Empress").

When we think of the name "Conchita", the first person who comes to mind is actually named "Conchata": Conchata Ferrell, the actress best known for playing "Berta", the housekeeper on "Two and a Half Men". Sure, there's a good chance Ferrell is a Hollywood liberal, but wouldn't it be great to have "Berta" as president?

Yikes, Wiki only showed 53 districts in CA. And yes, Playa Encanto in in the Cally suburb of Sanora. 'nuff said, (It was labled 'Satire'

rodger you are right. California has 53 congressional districts. they have 80 state assembly districts which is what came up on my brief search when i looked.
