A commenter asked "Let's say that I link to a video someone else uploaded on YouTube that is violating an MPAA copyright. How am I liable for infringement of copyright if I neither uploaded the video nor made a copy of the video by posting the link?" Under Protect IP in order to be actionable the linking site would have to be both dedicated to infringing activities AND have no other significant commercial purpose. So using your example, I'd say the answer is no.
