Then There's This ...

DEEP STATE

Behind the scenes, Trump's spooks are destroying the enemies of the Republic, using astonishing tradecraft. Their assault has been devastating, as REX explains.

SCROLL
Mon, December 3, 2018
The corrupt government officials who instructed FBI agents to raid the home of US government whistleblower Dennis Cain on 18 November 2018, must have been confident.

Someone had leaked them valuable information. The ID & address of a key whistleblower and potential star witness, who was storing original evidence devastating to the Clintons, as well as Bob Mueller, in his home.

The officials had one objective in mind - get the original evidence produced by the whistleblower.

All of it.

And destroy it.

The logic is clear - if the original evidence is destroyed, the prosecution case against the Clintons and their associates is weakened.

Without the original evidence, all the prosecution would have is what they were given - a memory stick of scans and copies.

It would allow the Clintons to challenge the evidence provided, as well as produce (fake) evidence of their own.

So no doubt the crooks behind the raid were jubilant as they learned Cain's house was being raided.

One problem : the crooks were being played.

In my view, what will be revealed is that Cain wasn't the real whistleblower.

He was a decoy.

The real whistleblower, who has ALL the materials in hard copy - and is being protected - is another person, a second whistleblower, as revealed by John Solomon on 'Hannity' on 30 November, 2018.

And who is turning up to Congress, if reports are to be believed, next week.

Whoever ordered the raid was deceived and is now exposed. And if I'm correct, it was by Trump's spooks.

Again.

<SNIP>

Mueller's Catch 22

The Obama & Clinton clean up crew, aka the Mueller SC, are in a world of pain right now.

They are in a classic Catch 22.

If they stop, Obama & Clinton - and all their goons - are exposed. They must keep going, to protect criminals. But to keep going, they must keep creating crimes that don't exist, continue engaging in prosecutorial misconduct and framing innocent citizens.

To protect criminals, they deepen their own criminality.

Trump's Praetorian have them reeling, punching at shadows, as they become snared in a masterful, complex spiders web that is beyond their ability to defeat, or even understand. As this whistleblower decoy proves, once again.

Rather than admiring themselves in the mirror, perhaps Trump's enemies should have spent more time studying ancient texts on strategy and warfare.

POTUS Trump certainly has, especially Sun Tzu's The Art of War. Here's a quote his enemies would be wise to take note of, if they were ever interested in understanding how Trump's master spooks operate:

"Be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent's fate."

The fate of Trump's enemies is sealed. The day of their reckoning approaches. And when it happens, they will likely have no idea how it happened.

Such is the mastery of the campaign that has been waged against them, since at least 21 January, 2017.

Mueller’s Intricate Cover Up of Deep State Spying on Trump

RUSH: Michael Cohen has begged a federal judge for mercy after his guilty plea. I should tell you, Paul Sperry, who writes for the New York Post and Real Clear Politics, took a look. He did a deep dive into Cohen’s plea that has been publicized by Mueller. We’ll link to it at RushLimbaugh.com. I’d have to read the whole thing to you, basically get in the weeds, but his conclusion is that this plea deal actually exonerates Trump, but that that’s not the way Mueller is gonna end up reporting this.

Now, Rudy Giuliani is out joining the criticism of Mueller because it’s apparent from Jerome Corsi and Manafort that what Mueller is doing, which we discussed last week, is trying to force people to say what Mueller wants them to say. He’s trying to force people to lie in order to make the case that Mueller wants to make. And Giuliani is now calling Mueller out on this as well. So Cohen apparently has done this. Cohen has apparently told Mueller what he wants to hear about some things, particularly his Trump Tower meeting.

And again, folks, I can’t stress enough here, this is so crucial and so important to illustrate how actually literally bogus all of this is. The original Russian collusion story that the media and the deep state reported for now two years is that the Russians and Trump got together and conspired — they really want to use conspiracy instead of collusion, but they don’t dare. And they haven’t needed to. Collusion people are interpreting it to meet conspiracy anyway. See, conspiracy is a crime. Collusion isn’t. And that’s why they have to be very careful in not using the word “conspiracy” ’cause there isn’t any crime here.

They have literally created the impression in nearly half this country’s population that the Russians tampered with votes and that Trump was aware of it and agreed to let them do it in order to benefit from it, i.e., being elected president, Hillary losing. This is what they made the American people think the Mueller investigation is.

I can’t tell you the number of left-wing Democrats and American leftists, the Democrat voting base who literally to this day still think that’s what all this is and that Mueller has the smoking gun, the silver bullet or what have you. And Mueller doesn’t have anything of the sort because nothing of the sort happened. So now Mueller has got these witnesses and he’s asking them to say various things that may not have happened. Manafort, Jerome Corsi, they’re alleging that this is what Mueller is doing.

And, by the way, the reason I tend to believe it — I don’t know either Manafort or Corsi — but the reason I believe it is because the same people on Mueller’s team did this exact thing during the Ted Stevens trial, the senator from Alaska, and during the Enron trial. They did the exact same thing.

And, in fact, get this! James Comey has been subpoenaed to testify behind closed doors to a House committee. Comey sued! And he got some DOJ lawyers to represent him, trying to shut this down. Now, the DOJ has nothing to say to the Congress. The Congress can do open session or closed session, and there’s nothing, because of separation of powers, that anybody can say about it.

And yet Comey had his lawyers sue on the basis that he didn’t want closed session. He wanted open because he’s afraid, he says, that they’re gonna leak what he says to make him look bad. Imagine that! James Comey, who leaks like a sieve to make everybody else look bad, is afraid he’s gonna get the same treatment, so he wanted an open hearing. And he got some lawyers to go out and sue on that basis.

Snip
Now, a bombshell happened that has not hit the Drive-By Media, and it’s from John Solomon who, on Friday, reported that there were at least six different deep state operatives who attempted to infiltrate and set up the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. Now, we know of two or three. We know of Joseph Mifsud, the Maltese professor and his involvement with George Papadopoulos. And we know of Stefan Halper. And we know of the Australian ambassador, John Howard.

5 Times Liberals Mocked Mitt Romney For Warning About Russia
In 2012, Democrats laughed at Mitt Romney’s assertion that Russia was America’s “number one geopolitical foe.” Four years later, members of the same party will probably want to eat their words in light of Russia’s apparent role in the Democratic National Committee hack — which resulted in more than 20,000 stolen emails getting published by Wikileaks, a “transparent Russian FSB operation.”

Officials with knowledge of the ongoing FBI investigation into the hack told CNN the breach is just one incident of many from Russia — which prominent Democrats laughingly dismissed as totally not our foe not so long ago.

During a 2012 meeting with Russia’s then-president Dmitry Medvedev, Obama told the foreign leader he would have “more flexibility” to discuss missile defense after his last election. His candid remarks were caught on a hot mic, infuriating many including Romney, who was running for president at the time.

And This
In the 2012 President campaign, the Obama Administration trotted out Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to poo-poo Mitt Romney’s assertions about Russia. She told CNN at the time, “It’s somewhat dated to be looking backwards,” playing off President Obama’s remarks that Romney was stuck in a “Cold War mind warp.”

Starting on Monday -- Facebook is Doing it Too

Facebook's giving 90 million dollars to mainstream media networks in order to create original content that is streamed exclusively on Facebook and it's all kicking off this coming Monday July 16th.

If you saw yesterday's video you'll know that YouTube is paying 25 million dollars to mainstream media networks and pretend news channels in order to produce content for YouTube to flood the platform with liberal propaganda, and Facebook is doing the same thing ... but upping the ante and spending almost a hundred million dollars!

Facebook's first wave of funded news shows will debut July 16th with more on the way.   Facebook's multi-million dollar investment in news programming from brand name TV networks and digital media companies will go live next week and the social giant has announced another half dozen news shows that its funding starting Monday July 16th.  Programming from CNN Fox News Univision ABC and others will be featured in a dedicated news section in Facebook.

The first lineup of shows from news publishers include those from ABC News Advance,  CNN,  Fox New, and Univision.  Facebook will bring out additional news shows from ABC own stations Bloomberg, BuzzFeed news McClatchy group 9 media.

Guess which is the only Fox News show that's gonna be streaming on Facebook's new feature ....  its Fox News Update with host Shepard Smith. If you're not familiar with Shepard Smith, he's on during the daytime and belongs on CNN. (I think Fox News is afraid to fire him;  maybe out of concern that he'll sue them for discrimination because, well, let's just say that he and Anderson Cooper and Don Lemon have a lot in common .  (Copied from video transcript)

Of course all this happens because the left (Deep State) are losing the debate, so are stacking the deck.  You Tube is Google, and Google have been shilling for the left since almost day one (by allowing leftist groups manipulate the content of search responses (Is Obama's birth certificate legitimate?) .

BUT WAIT!  There's MORE

A Complete ClusterF*ck

DEEP STATE

Rod Rosenstein marched out today in a carefully crafted (and interestingly timed) press conference to declare indictments against twelve Russian nationals with alleged ties to Russian intelligence/military agencies. Within seconds the Establishment Media was breathlessly going live with “Breaking News” reports on the significance of the indictments when in fact the indictments mean nothing beyond their own increasing desperation – and they all know it.  Keep reading the following update from a longtime DC staffer to understand why…

“So they have the rat (Rosenstein) give all their media friends a heads up about an announcement. That announcement is to say the DOJ is going to formally indict twelve Russian operatives for alleged hacking of the DNC, the Clinton campaign, blah-f*cking-blah, etc. This twelve Russians situation has been playing out for months. It’s a nothingburger. They could have announced this two months ago or two months from now. Nothing. Zero. Zilch.

“Wanna know why? Because Mueller and Rosenstein are counting on the case never going to court. And they better hope not because discovery on this could be very damaging to the Deep State. The fact they proceeded with a public indictment announcement is proof positive how worried they’re getting. The announcement is a sign of a how big a clusterf*ck the entire Meuller investigation has become and believe me they know it. The whole thing is a very dangerous joke. It’s got agents pissed off. The higher-ups are doing all they can to keep a lid on it but that’s getting tougher by the day.

“Rosenstein is a criminal. My opinion. He’s a criminal agent. Mueller, Strzok, they’re all fingers from the same hand. They’re all hoping only their knuckles get scuffed in all of this and the whole hand doesn’t get cut off. That Strzok performance? It was horrible. Creepy as f*ck is what it was. A disgusting creature. You watch that and then you realize the kind of weird reptilian-eyed scum have been running our government at the highest levels for so long. If that doesn’t scare the hell out of everyone then I don’t know what will.

“And then we get the rat coming out today with the twelve Russian indictment thing for the DNC hack. I wonder how they came to that conclusion when the FBI never even reviewed the server. Right? Let that sink in. Rosenstein says there was a hack. How does he know? Because the DNC told him? What? Are you kidding me? How do you proceed with an indictment without even seeing the primary piece of evidence? Legally, it makes no sense. Illegally, cover-up wise, desperation-wise, that’s the only way it makes sense. Crowdstrike? A couple hundred grand can buy you any report you want. Since when does the FBI follow that like a dog’s nose to another dog’s ass?

Read more at dcwhispers.com
As an aside, I could not for the life of me understand why AG Jeff Sessions has not fired this guy?  I guess this is why (Sessions told White House that Rosenstein’s firing could prompt his departure, too)

I'm pretty sure that we, all of us here, knew pretty quick that Sessions was a huge mistake.  Was he threatened by the left with knowledge that his high school prom date was willing to testify that he touched her vajayjay on the way home?  Or is it that Sessions is a member in good standing of the Deep State?  I am operating under the assumption that after the midterms, the retiring Trey Gowdy will replace him.

Revolutionary times

The danger to the country this time around is that the Left has so destroyed the old protocols of the opposition party that it will be hard to resurrect them when progressives return to power.

We are entering revolutionary times. The law is no longer equally applied. The media are the ministry of truth. The Democratic party is a revolutionary force. And it is all getting scary.

SCROLL

As the Resistance goes from one ploy to the next, it ignores its string of failed prior efforts, forgetting everything and learning nothing….

Anti- and Never-Trump op-ed writers have long ago run out of superlatives. Trump is the worst, most, biggest — fill in the blank — in the history of the presidency, in the history of the world, worse even than Mao, Mussolini, Stalin, or Hitler….

Everything from the NFL to late-night comedy shows have become Trump-hating venues….

Insidiously and incrementally, we are in the process of normalizing violence against the elected president of the United States
Each cycle of hysteria demands another, as the race to the bottom has descended into which celebrity or politician can discover the most provocative — or crude — Trump expletive. “S***” and “f***” are now the ordinary vocabulary of angry Democratic politicos and officeholders. Are we reaching a point in the so-far-failed Resistance where little is left except abject violence in the manner of the Roman or French Revolution? The problem for Trump’s pop-culture foes is not whether to imagine or advocate killing the president. That’s a given. They just need to agree on the means of doing so: decapitation (Kathy Griffin), incineration (David Crosby), stabbing (the Shakespeare in the Park troupe), shooting (Snoop Dogg), explosives (Madonna), old-fashioned, Lincoln-style assassination (Johnny Depp), death by elevator (Kamala Harris), hanging (a CSU professor), or simple generic assassination (a Missouri state legislator)….

Insidiously and incrementally, we are in the process of normalizing violence against the elected president of the United States. If all this fails to delegitimize Trump, fails to destroy his health, or fails to lead to a 2018 midterm Democratic sweep and subsequent impeachment, expect even greater threats of violence. The Resistance and rabid anti-Trumpers have lost confidence in the constitutional framework of elections, and they’ve flouted the tradition by which the opposition allows the in-power party to present its case to the court of public opinion…..

[FULL]

I've pretty much ignored the daily news clutter.  Today's news is a carbon copy continuation of last year's media screech that Hillary is unbeatable when common sense told me that most of us hate her guts.  There was no doubt in my mind that Trump was the right candidate - the only acceptable candidate- and would prevail. So, all this crap about the Dems taking over Congress and impeaching Trump is, well, more mind control crap.  Trump will win again, because we are not a stupid people.

However ...

Hanson is quit right in saying, "the Left have so destroyed the old protocols of the opposition party that it will be hard to resurrect them when progressives return to power".

There have been acts of high treason, and attempts to overthrow our government.  Those behind it must be made to pay the price. Chop-Chop.

"... now let him enforce it".

"John Marshall has made his decision,
now let him enforce it".
Chief Justice Marshall  had initially opposed Jackson's election to the presidency, and in the Cherokee Indians case, Worcester v. Georgia (1832), He infuriated Jackson by insisting that Georgia laws that purported to seize Cherokee lands, on which gold had been found, violated federal treaties. Jackson is famous for having responded: "John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it." Although the comment is probably apocryphal, both Georgia and Jackson simply ignored the decision. Source

Apocryphal or not, since the Executive is a co-equal branch of government, Jackson acted legitimately. The SCOTUS has no standing to rule against a presidential decision.  So, how is it then that today a single pissant circuit court judge can, in violation of the Constitution,  nullify a Trump mandate?

We are at that point where Trump declares Martial Law, and puts stuff in constitutional order.  If you think he would face censure, even impeachment proceedings if he did the right thing, yes.  In today's toxic climate you would be right.  That's where we're at right now, as I see it. I bet your list is even longer than mine.

... that's exactly what Nazism was.

DEEP STATE

McCabe suffers from the same delusional reality syndrome that afflicts lefties generally.  He and Comey and others – apparently a lot of others, with most of them in the Department of Justice and the FBI – really do think their watery Marxism is morally superior to the system of individual rights and the procedural guarantees that have developed over the centuries to protect those rights.

Actually, it isn't Marxism, but Leninism.  Marx's idea was that the proles would all get fed up at the same time, and, like spontaneous combustion, revolution would erupt and sweep across the country.  That kind of action wasn't fast enough for the impatient Lenin, so he came up with the notion of the vanguard of the revolution, meaning a leadership cadre that ran things.  Elites.  A group to whom the rules and laws didn't apply – only party discipline.  These guys did largely as they pleased.

When you think about it, that's exactly what Nazism was.  Theoretically, all this is perfectly clear.  You know in advance there will be resistance, so you use the powers of government to undermine that resistance.  You draw its adherents into the streets and beat the living tar out of them, to intimidate the rest.  Their guys go to jail; your guys patch up their wounds and move on to the next riot street fight, blaming it on the other side.  Kristallnacht for fun and adventure.

We're reliving the 20th century almost in lockstep.  Just over a hundred years ago, the Bolsheviks threw their noose around the Russian neck.  It took a bloody civil war to subdue the resistance and then another decade or so to get the vanguard in line.  The Nazis learned from the Bolsheviks and did as much in advance, under the cover of law, as they could.  Their people, like Andrew McCabe and James Comey and Barack Obama and George Soros, just knew they had the moral high ground, being so smart and all.

As long as Jeff 'Quincy Magoo' Sessions obstructs ...

DEEP STATE

RE: MR. Magoo
"The Constitution does not delegate to the United States the power to create “independent” entities. (See the U.S. Const.)  Indeed, such a power could create entities that would destroy our government.

What does impact every inhabitant is that the rule of law has become an utter joke, especially under the regimes of the last three Attorney Generals. Sadly President Trump got snookered by former Senator Jeff Sessions when he was picked to lead the Department of Justice, better described as UNJUSTICE by anyone who has half a brain left to admit the true condition of the top cops, head attorneys or government pseudo magistrates.

At the outset the authority of the President to manage executive agencies is summed up in clear language by John Lucas, The FBI and DOJ are not independent entities.
"The Constitution does not delegate to the United States the power to create “independent” entities. (See the U.S. Const.)  Indeed, such a power could create entities that would destroy our government.
Because there are no “independent” governmental entities, each such entity is subject to oversight, i.e., it answers to a superior. That includes Intelligence Agencies, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and an “Independent” or Special Counsel. Special Counsel Robert Mueller is not free to do as he wishes. Here is why.

Normally observers of the deep state would speculate that Sessions is being blackmailed to keep his distance from any meaningful investigative inquiry, criminal prosecution or draining of the swamp.
The Executive Branch, headed by President Donald J. Trump, is in charge of the FBI and DOJ. President Trump is the chief law enforcement officer of the nation. (U.S. Const., art II.) Congress has the obligation of overseeing the Executive Branch. (U.S. Const., art. I.) It is also true that the FBI is subordinate to the DOJ headed up by Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Conclusion. President Trump, Attorney General Sessions, and Congress have the Constitutional power to oversee Special Counsel Mueller, fire him and his team, and to investigate the investigators if that is deemed necessary."

Compare this standard with the Guidelines issued under the authority of the Attorney General Michael B. Mukasey issued in 2008 as provided in sections 509,510,533, and 534 of title 28, United States Code, and Executive Order 12333. They apply to domestic investigative activities of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other activities as provided herein.

Mukasey was the last competent AG. However, his protocols illustrate the shortcomings when lawyers are left to define the law and how legal agencies are supposed to function. Recognize that his successors Eric H. Holder, Jr. and Loretta E. Lynch were outright crooks doing the bidding of the chief felon, Barack Hussein Obama II of the District of Crime syndicate.

By contrast, John N. Mitchell was a neophyte. If the G. Gordon Liddy plumbers committed the crime of the last century, what exactly would you call the Fast and the Furious Holder gun runner operation?

For over the last year, Jeff Sessions has been pretending to be the Attorney General. No one can reasonably contend that he is President Trump's Consigliere. Sessions has been AWOL from the beginning of his appointment. Trump's recent description that AG Sessions should be called Mr. Magoo is perfection. A person of extreme near-sightedness, compounded by his stubborn refusal to admit the problem.

Normally observers of the deep state would speculate that Sessions is being blackmailed to keep his distance from any meaningful investigative inquiry, criminal prosecution or draining of the swamp. Despite the seemingly obvious, Sessions may be just so far out of his league that no uncanny streaks of luck will change the situation that always seems to work itself out for him, leaving him no worse than before.

This Mr. Magoo bozo has demeaned his entire life's work. His recusal arguments are nothing but a betrayal of his sworn duty as the Attorney General. Yet he is willing to disparage his office using tortured abandonment of his actual responsibilities. His reply is laughable as reported by the Washington Times, A defiant Sessions vows to ‘continue my duties’ after Trump trashes ‘disgraceful’ FISA probe.

"Rohrabacher said Sessions knew he was “setting in motion the establishment of a special prosecutor” when he announced his recusal from the Russia probe, and said the attorney general didn’t have any “real reason” to step down from the investigation.
“As long as I am the Attorney General, I will continue to discharge my duties with integrity and honor, and this Department will continue to do its work in a fair and impartial manner according to the law and Constitution.”

President Trump's assessment is dead on.

“Why is A.G. Jeff Sessions asking the Inspector General to investigate potentially massive FISA abuse. Will take forever, has no prosecutorial power and already late with reports on Comey etc. Isn’t the I.G. an Obama guy? Why not use Justice Department lawyers? DISGRACEFUL!” Mr. Trump tweeted.

Disagree if you wish, but Dana Rohrabacher: Trump 'has a legitimate right' to feel betrayed by Jeff Sessions, expresses the reaction from a Congressman of courage.

"Rohrabacher said Sessions knew he was “setting in motion the establishment of a special prosecutor” when he announced his recusal from the Russia probe, and said the attorney general didn’t have any “real reason” to step down from the investigation.

The California congressman also accused Sessions of betraying those who were confident in him.

“The American people now are getting a taste of what people in Washington have known over this last year, and that is Jeff Sessions betrays the people who have had faith in him — faith in him to do his job and faith in him not to succumb to pressures from the outside, like from CNN and other news bureaus to try to do their bidding,” Rohrabacher said."

Let's get real; Sessions is acting as if he is the AG under Obama or Clinton. Who could imagine that corrupt Lynch or Holder would ever conduct themselves as has Sessions? Certainly he is not onboard the team Trump train nor does he demonstrate any concern for advancing the President's agenda. Now that the House Intelligence Committee Republicans report is public, Deputy AG Rosenstein under increasing pressure as Trump refuses to say he backs him. The Chicago Tribune cites "Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., said in a statement that he wanted Attorney General Jeff Sessions to seek the criminal prosecution of Rosenstein and several former Justice Department officials whom he described as "traitors to our nation."

Does anyone really believe that Jeff Sessions would lead an effort to indict Rod Rosenstein and the crew over at the FBI, who operate the supreme RICO racket? The much reported restaurant get together hardly looks like a proffer to support a plea bargain. On "America's Newsroom" on Thursday, Weekly Standard editor-in-chief Steve Hayes said Sessions "sent a message" to Trump by dining with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Solicitor General Noel Francisco.

According to Joseph diGenova, Mr. Magoo, AKA Attorney General Jeff Sessions Is ‘Not Up To’ His Job, Former Prosecutor Says. Going further and to the point in the account, TRUMP CALLS JEFF SESSIONS “MR. MAGOO” for a very good reason.

“The president has also been complaining to associates that he generally has hired the best lawyers for himself, but that as president he’s forced to use Sessions, who isn’t defending Trump to the best of his ability, according to the Post.” Admittedly, this is an article from a liberal source, the Hill, but in this case, I hope it’s true because Trump needs to lose confidence with Jeff’”

Admittedly, this is an article from a liberal source, the Hill, but in this case, I hope it’s true because Trump needs to lose confidence with Jeff Sessions.

Let’s hope Trump’s patience with Mr. Magoo is wearing out. We’ve had over a year of bungling incompetence by the Attorney General during which the Justice Department was hijacked by the Deep State, and a witch hunt against Trump was initiated by Swamp Creatures at a time when the Swamp should have been drained."

It is evident that many solid conservatives are most disappointed with Jeff Sessions. Even if achieving Senator confirmation approval for a new AG would be a difficult task, keeping Sessions as a bubbling figure head as the Attorney General is a profound mistake. Why there was never a complete cleaning of all Obama appointees is beyond belief and legitimate criticism that Trump's confidence in Jeff Sessions has been ill placed.

Oh, Magoo, you've done it again! "I have a vision problem today can't see myself doing much." Such would be a very good motto for Jeff Sessions.

The continuous attacks that Donald Trump is a despot prove to be vastly out of place. On the contrary the actual totalitarians are the operatives of Deep State establishment. If Sessions was a serious dispenser of legal justice he would be implementing a top to bottom cleansing of the DOJ and an expulsion of the FBI gangsters.

Judicial Watch's Director of Investigations Chris Farrell said FBI Director Christopher Wray should be replaced and that the entire FBI should be restructured as a "new investigative arm of the U.S. Marshals Service." As long as Jeff 'Quincy Magoo' Sessions obstructs, refuses to bring charges before a grand jury and seek indictments, President Trump will be betrayed.
