Tale of Two Tales

The media will have
a field day with this...

Muslim Man Burned Alive; Wife raped for rejecting Christianity

Boned Jello

In the latest incident, a Muslim man was set ablaze while his wife raped for refusing to embrace Christianity. It occurred, not in the Taliban heartland, but in a suburb near the capital  Little Rock., and the perpetrators were not the Taliban, but an  influential  Christian  businessman, who was assisted by the police.

According to The Arkansa Gazette [1], on March 19, 2010, Christian leaders, also assisted by local police, burned alive a Muslim man for refusing to embrace Christianity, while police officers also raped his wife.

This barbaric incident followed an apparent death threat to Allen from his Christian employer, Mo Slidell, an influential businessman and religious leader.

Their three children, aged 7 to 12, were reportedly forced to witness the incident of brutality upon their parents.

With 80% of his body burned, Allen is fighting for his life in Hospital.

You can't tell what people will do by their looks, or profession.  That is, unless you possess the ability to watch someone, and then interpolate behavior into his action figure, like me.

In a political movement comprised of despicably leftist partisan thugs, Henry Waxman (along with, possibly, Barney Frank) stands out.  Waxman dreams of running a US version of Buchenwald; I've seen it in my mind's eye.   Just so you know who we're dealing with.

Yesterday I posted  AT&T to Book $1 Billion Cost on Health-Care Reform.  Henry Waxman didn't like the implication that Obamacare, the steaming piece of crap he and comrades shoved down a reluctant nation's throat, would cripple the nations industry as was predicted. So ...
Rep. Henry Waxman, chairman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, has summoned some of the nation's top executives to Capitol Hill to defend their assessment that the new national health care reform law will cost their companies hundreds of millions of dollars in health insurance expenses.  Waxman is also demanding that the executives give lawmakers internal company documents related to health care finances -- a move one committee Republicans describes as "an attempt to intimidate and silence opponents of the Democrats' flawed health care reform legislation." Today's
... e-Mailed spam that everyone already received, and which facts might be somewhat skewed, but still good enough for gummint work, and will reinforce a truth that you already were aware of, but obviously not pissed-off enough about to have done something about.  Me included.

Moderating moderation

Lessons Learned
Nothing annoys certain of my fellow conservative intellectuals more than when I remind them, as on occasion I mischievously do, that the derogatory things they say about Sarah Palin are uncannily similar to what many of their forebears once said about Ronald Reagan.

Norman Podhoretz (In Defense of Sarah Palin )

I learned something this past weekend.  After reading Mr. Mamet's writing tips, and studying the style of estimable writers like Mr.  Podhoretz, I think I understand.  For instance, this was how the old me would have opened In Defense of Sarah Palin
Nothing annoys the commie assholes in my orbit more than when I tell them that Sarah Palin is a prime example of what made us a great nation, unlike that lying piece of Marxist lickspittle shit, and Kenyan wetback we have to call "Mr. President."
We both say the same thing, but while Mr. Podhoretz is esteemed, I'm sitting here in my underpants wondering how I'm going to buy the Winchester Model 94 I need to make me feel good about myself.  Wow. And, it's not like I didn't know the value of moderation in all things, so how did I go wrong?  Oh, that's right.  The Zoloft thing. Fkm.

Seven arrested in FBI raids linked to Christian militia group

Dawud Walid, executive director of the Council on Islamic-American Relations of Michigan, made an announcement Sunday during the group's 10th anniversary banquet about receiving a call from a network journalist about an alleged threat against Muslims.

"Don't allow this news to scare you away from practicing your faith," said Walid.

Illegal Aliens Murder Rancher near AZ border
After the brutal murder this weekend of a rancher near the Arizona-Mexico border, former Congressman Tom Tancredo today called on Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano to "reject politics and do the right thing and send the National Guard to the border."

Omamas WorkdTancredo was visiting the area when the murder occurred. He spoke Saturday afternoon at a Tea Party rally in Sonoita, Arizona, and met on Sunday with a group of local ranchers concerned about deteriorating conditions on the border.

"As Governor of Arizona, Napolitano deployed the National Guard to help the Border Patrol do its job. Yesterday's murder of rancher Rob Krentz on his own land 25 miles from the Mexican border makes it clear that that job remains unfinished," said Tancredo.

"Three days ago, Napolitano told an audience at Arizona State University that the border is more secure than ever," said Tancredo. "I challenge her --- no I dare her to come to this community and try to sell that lie. The residents here know better."

Tancredo pointed out that Obama has halted the construction of new border fencing and halted the increase in Border Patrol manpower begun under Bush.

"Now that Obama and Napolitano are talking openly of pushing a new amnesty program, the border invasion has resumed. Mexicans and residents in Guatemala and Honduras read those stories," Tancredo said. "If Congress takes up an amnesty bill, the flood across the border will be unstoppable."

Border Patrol spokesmen have confirmed that over the past three months, apprehensions on the Arizona border have jumped over 25% from the same period a year ago after a decline the previous year. The Tucson Sector of the Border Patrol has also confirmed that over 20% of all persons apprehended have prior criminal records in the U.S. The criminal backgrounds of individuals in their country of origin are unknown.
