Trick or Treating in Berkeley, CA.
Just made me think, the builders of Berkeley were not a bunch of Librul Do-Gooders out to save the world on your dime, but conservative college profs that taught Engineering, Design, Mechanics, etc.
The conservatives built the place, and the libs took it over and turned it into an attractive place for people who don't want to work or build anything. Same thing happened to Boulder, CO, where CU, the school for engineers, is located.
Is there a pattern here? MIT in Boston? At least they haven't gotten to GA Tech totally in Atl, nor Purdue in W Laff. yet.
