The officer knew the law. It was legal tender and the customer offered it in payment twice. The clerk has one foot out the door and the other on a banana peel.

I had a girl in a KFC in Pensacola call a sheriff's deputy on me for trying to pass counterfeit money.

So where was the manager while all this was going on? I'm sure the punk cashier doesn't run the place. Manager should have beat this fool down in front of everybody for being a bonehead then fired him/her at the end of the shift.
